Post Description

yEncUp is een eenvoudig programma om bestanden te uploaden naar Usenet.

Dit programma heb ik voor mijzelf gemaakt, omdat ik niet helemaal tevreden was met yEncBin en Easy Usenet Uploader.

Ik wil een post programma hebben dat multithreaded is, wat ingebouwde SSL heeft, inplaats van dat ik moet gaan rotzooien met Stunnel en wat niet geinstalleerd hoeft te worden (yEncBin en Easy Usenet Uploader hebben deze opties niet). JBinUp is een goed post programma wat deze opties heeft, maar zelf zo'n programma maken is leuker. Bovendien heeft JBinUp allerlei opties die ik persoonlijk toch nooit gebruik.

Er zullen nog wel wat bugs in zitten, dus niet boos worden als er iets fout gaat. Het programma is alleen Engelstalig.

Let op: Je moet minimaal .NET Framework 2.0 geinstalleerd hebben.

- Only the progressbar in the list is now ownerdrawn and not the text anymore.

- It's not possible anymore to add files with a size of 0 bytes or more than 2GB.
- The user can set the application process priority in the settings.
- It's not possible anymore to change the "Lines per Part" setting while there are files in the upload list.
- Sockets are now directly closed instead of sending a "QUIT" message to the newsserver. Eweka (and perhaps other servers) ignore "QUIT" messages and will send a TimeOut error after 30 seconds.
- Added toolstrip buttons to move items in the list up and down.
