Een vreemdeling, genaamd Silas, vlucht van een allesvernietigende storm. Silas vindt vervolgens onderkomen in de boerderij van Tom en Gillian. Silas lijkt de enige te zijn die Tom en Gillian kan helpen hun zoon te zoeken. Maar naast de grote storm zijn er nog meer uiterst gevaarlijke krachten aan het werk.
